The Mad Hopper Brewery is located in the “famous” restaurant Viisi Penia. 
To eat, one must go upstairs.
The ground floor is dedicated to beer. Entering, one encounters the service bar but notices the glass enclosed brewery behind the bar. To the right is a hallway to the restrooms that allows more observation of the brewery.
Above the hallway entrance is the beer list in large print.  
Mad Hopper offers 15 taps but several are guests.
The rather small seating area has a cooler for cans of Mad Hopper beer, both 4-packs and singles.
There is also cooler of beers from local breweries.  
There is a strong beer vibe here.
